Cove Park will award two funded residencies, of two weeks each, to individual artists working in any medium with experience and/or a desire to extend their practice into education.  Artists working in Visual Arts, Craft & Design, Literature, Performance, Film etc. are welcome to apply.  The Artists in Schools residencies are part of our wider public engagement programme called  Hands-On Cove Park .  They will take place concurrently during May 2017. Jewellers Double Workbench For Sale

A professionally made double workbench complete with real leather bench skins and bench pegs. The bench frame is made of solid mahogany and the top is a heavy, thick worktop, making this a very well made and sturdy item. It has previously been used for offering couples wedding ring making workshops and was perfect for this purpose. It has signs of light use but nothing that affects useage, it is in excellent condition. Due to the construction of this bench it does not dismantle so would need to be collected in a van. 1 June 1949 – 3 April 2019 Scottish jeweller Eric N Smith has passed away at the age of 69. The jeweller was a celebrated designer, master craftsman and jewellery business owner for more that 50 years. Smith was born in Ralston, Paisley, the elder of two children to Margaret and Alexander Smith, a Senior Designer at the Templeton Carpet Factory in Glasgow.
